For Certificate Program Admission:

2. Download the Reference Form here

2. Email the following to acts.registrar23@gmail.com

• Filled-up Application Form
• Proof of payment of the Admissions Fee is Php 500 for local
• Proof of payment of the Admissions Fee is USD 15 for international

3. Admissions Staff will confirm receipt of the online application and the uploaded documents.

4. Admission Committee will evaluate the submitted documents. Once you pass the evaluation, the Admission Office will send you an official letter via email. 

• Letter of Acceptance - A qualified applicant is approved for admission, with a slot to enroll. 
• Letter of Waitlist - A qualified applicant is approved for admission, but space is not available to enroll.
• Letter of Non- Acceptance - The applicant's admission has not been approved. The Admissions Committee does not anticipate academic and/or social success for the applicant.

5. Once you successfully complete the interview process, the Admission Office will send you an official letter via email. 

• Letter of Acceptance - A qualified applicant is approved for admission, with a slot to enroll. 
• Letter of Waitlist - A qualified applicant is approved for admission, but space is not available to enroll.
• Letter of Non- Acceptance - The applicant's admission has not been approved. The Admissions Committee does not anticipate academic and/or social success for the applicant.

6. Submit the rest of the admission requirements that will be required by the Admission Office through our email acts.registrar23@gmail.com.

For Transferees:
